Answered calls and email's quickly, came out within a week to provide an estimate. Friendly and professional staff. We did not end up proceeding with the work so I cannot comment on that, but pleased with the service provided.
Great company to deal with! Waited and waited for another company and then someone recommended I call Thomas Heating & Electric instead. I’m so glad I did. Dustin came out and had my Valor fireplace up and running again in no time. They actually were able to come in sooner than originally booked and I’m quite grateful for their level of service. Dustin is super knowledgeable and a genuinely nice person. He took the time to explain a few options I wasn’t aware of with my fireplace as well. Highly recommend!
