We called on a Sunday and immediately got connected with a very friendly representative (maybe Mel?) who gathered our information and scheduled us in for an appointment for the next day, the representative was apologetic that there were no more same-day appointments, but we were very thankful that there was availability the next day, we weren’t even expecting that quick of a turn around. We were given a window of time between 8am and noon when the plumber would come, Ken contacted us to let us know he was on his way, and was there at our place by 8:30am.
