He checked out my taps & said he would get the necessary replacement parts in the morning & shut off my tap so the leaking would stop & returned early the next day to replace my old taps. I appreciated his prompt & efficient service & would highly recommend him to anyone looking for courteous & efficient service. New taps- No leaks!!! I tested them myself before he left. They found the problem literally within minutes of looking at the unit, were able to get a new part, and had the heat pump back up and running within 45 min.
