“After waiting for hip surgery (17 months) I hadn’t used in a long time. I was hesitant for my first session. The trainer Liz instructed me on each element always checking how I was doing. Slow and steady. The atmosphere is amazing! No huge body builders, but people who were having fun but some were to be admired. Lots of elements. The iPad used for my personal workout, is challenging but workable. My energy is up and I am starting to feel I can do a little more each time. A great place to workout!”
