If you want to start going to a gym and you really don’t know how (or where) to start, Active Body is the place to go. The groups are small, the trainers are excellent, and being able to sign up before you go holds you accountable to show up. I have been working with Liz for three weeks and it’s now my favourite way to start my day.
I've been going to Active Body for a few weeks. I'm in my 50's and haven't exercised for a while. I want to prevent injuries and head into my senior years with strength and confidence. The staff are so helpful, professional, knowledgeable, encouraging and non-judgey. This is semi-private training so there is always someone there to help you, or to help improve how you do something. I'm really glad I joined. Working out at home was hit-and-miss. Mostly miss. Now I am motivated. I'm very grateful to have found this gym. It's not like any other gym I've been to.
Love the program. I'm 63yrs. They don't push you,their always close to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly. There is no more than 4 people in each session.They leave it up to you as to how hard you do each work out. If you work hard you will get satisfaction and you will see results. Also every day they send coaching tips ( recipes, controlling eating habits, mindset coaching.)
