On December 19th 2022 we woke up and found that refrigerator that was not working. At promptly 10:00 AM we contacted Max Nash and informed him of our problem. He advised that he could be on site by 3:00 - 4:00 PM. I texted him the details and he arrived at approximately 3:PM. In a short length of time he identified the problem as an overload relay. He had one on hand and quickly made the repair. My fridge was no longer cooling so called Max to get to fixed. Excellent communication over the phone and text. He arrived even before the estimated arrival time. Very personable and friendly. Did a diagnostic and provided the information I needed. Unfortunately it was bad news for me since I needed a new condenser for a newer version fridge, but he gave great advice about my fridge.
