It was a quick cut as advertised. I asked for a specific cut for my son did not get it even though the lady cutting the hair she understood what I was asking for. I could chalk that up to language barrier, however, the biggest thing I didn't like was how untidy the place is. They never clean the hair off the toy trains/cars etc.

Lots of bad experiences in the reviews here, but I guess different things work for different kids?My kid has always been frightened by haircuts, but these guys did 2 things that worked: (1) lighting speed, they had him in and out in maybe 7 minutes. Great for a 4 year old boy who’s got energy. (2) the buzzers are super quite so not as scary, which made a huge difference for him.Overall I’m pretty happy. Expensive, but at least I’m not giving my poor kid bad home cuts anymore !

Writing this review after our second attendance hereOur first experience here was unfortunately a very negative one. Maybe my son wasn’t ready, maybe the stylist was rushed or having a bad day.But my second experience (this time with Mojgan) was perfect and has completely changed my feelings towards this business. My son was apprehensive but she made him very comfortable- warm friendly smile, gentle touch, sweet voice. She moved quickly but calmly- allowing my son to feel comfortable and at ease. She started with just scissors and then slowly introduced the buzz cutter allowing us to get a nice short haircut. She cleaned up the sides and edges making many gentle passes...read full review
