went here for the first time for hair bleach/cut & eyebrows/upper lip waxing & eyebrow tinting with victoria. lovely, lovely lady and wonderful at her job. she is incredibly personable which is nice and i trusted that she knew what she was doing. ill be back for my eyebrows and possibly lip blushing. super friendly customer service from everyone there. :)

Had eyelash extensions done at Eccotique Coquitlam, happy with the service. However their website needs so much work - can't use the online appointment booking at all. Last appointment was made by phone which they got muddled up.

I’m on the fence about this salon, I tried it first with Soma because a friend recommended her. She was amazing, even though I just went for a bang trim she was probably the only stylist that didn’t make me go home and cry lolI attempted to go back to her; booked with her on the website and when I got there I ended up with someone else instead. I thought I made a mistake online but my email confirmation says I booked it right so I have no idea why I was given to someone else and not told. I went with it because it was just a bang trim anyway. She was very nice, I asked if I was able to get a trim on my regular ends as well because I wasn’t sure how to book it online...read full review
