If I can give no stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE. Customer service is awful. The nail tech is abrupt and careless. Did not file the nails or shape them properly. He did the shellac manicure in 15 mins. No apologies for accidentally hurting you. Worst place ever!!!

brought in my own nail polish for a special occassion dress.after the nail treatment started i noticed a weird colour on my nails and it looked like a 2 yr old painted them. I discussed it with the manager and they insisted it was my nail polish that caused the issues. then they gave me back the wrong polish bottle. they insisted it was the right bottle but the colour didn't match my nails. the ladies said they'd paint my nails again but I didn't have time so t cost me full price ($84.00), no nailpolish at all. it was so bad I made them remove it in the store and i had to leave without my nail polish. I'll never go back again except to look for my nail polish bottle...read full review

Terrible experience! Do not go here!So, this place charged me $10 for an upper lip service when it's supposed to be $7 without giving me a heads-up about the price change. I told the owner about the displayed $7 price, and he claimed they were updating it but didn't bother to let customers know. Even after asking the technician to be careful, my skin still got burnt, and there are still tiny hairs left on my lips. Pretty rough deal for paying extra and not getting what I wanted, right?
