Hamid arrived on time and quickly was able to service our a/c. Our yearly maintenence helps keep our unit ready for the summer heat. He did point out a potential issue with our drains and water in the a/c are . I will fix cheaply and easily and avoid problems with our house structure. Much appreciated.
I am totally thrilled with the heat pump I got with Moore and Russell. The product was excellent. The best part was the quality of service that I received from the installation team of Jesse, Shahed and Johnny with the electrical part. They were very neat and tidy, the work was really great and they stayed until everything got done. I definitely will give them a 5 star rating. I would definitely recommend them!
Brandon was very professional and takes care while working. We are waiting for a manufacturer issue that we trust will be resolved. Moore & Russell have always offered exceptional customer service! All their employees are very respectful and polite!
