Last week, the EPC light on my car suddenly lit up while I was driving, so I went to the nearest Evergreen Auto. Although John was very busy, he politely attended to me, even though I didn't have an appointment, and scheduled an inspection for the following week. When I went back the next week, the light was no longer on, but John still patiently checked for various possible issues and explained the principles to me.
