“In June of 2025 I attended my first Crossfit class after some encouragment from another member. I had a basic understanding of what I thougt Crossfit was and as some one over 60 I didn't see it as being for me, but I was proven wrong. I love that it is centered around functional movements, those movements that we need , as we age, to maintain quality of our lives. I really enjoy the community aspect, the encouragement from others during each session makes a bIg difference to self esteem. So many different fitness levels and ages all working together, encouraging each other. I also appreciate that I can challenge myself as each session brings another opportuity to improve a movement or learn a new one. I really value the coaches and the motivation they bring to each class, finding a version of each movement that works for me yet provides a challenge and continuing progress. From the first time I met Mèlissa and Erick and each of the coaches I felt welcomed as a valuable part of a community. After only 6 months I have improved my functional fitness, boosted my energy and gained confidence.“

“My last review was 5 years ago AND : still training two days a week.That’s a total of ten years. That surely be enough to witness to the effectiveness of Jared’s training skîlls. For someone who used to find training a chore, after many years disliking the activities dislike has slowly morphed into Enjoyment of my twice weekly gym visits.The gym is small not overwhelming , bright and always spotlessly clean.Jared’s training is compassionate and attentive.“
