“I was hoping to get my daughters phone fixed and I ended up with my phone going up in flames instead. Long story short, I was hoping to use a part from my phone that had a broken screen but it was still in perfect working order and use it in my daughter's phone. The technician unfortunately in the process shorted out the battery which resulted in an instant fire. Things can happen I get it but he did not apologize and instead he was blaming the "old battery" saying the phone was worthless anyway and refused any kind of compensation. I had a good experience in this store in the past but I'm not going back there ever again.EDIT: Later the owner of the store reached out to me to make it right and gave me an older replacement phone with slightly weaker specs but at least my daughter has a phone now she can use. So it's all good.“
