The young man that helped me upgrade my phone on Saturday before closing such an amazing help very informative ?. I had a phone in mind he convinced me I would like a different phone better which I absolutely do and have no regrets with going with his suggestion.

Today, we visited Koodo at Caton Mall seeking assistance for my Telus billing problems. Kelly greeted me with a smile and kindly accepted my request for help. She patiently answered my questions, reviewed my contract, and explained every part of it to me. I truly appreciate Kelly for providing such excellent customer service. The staff was friendly overall. Highly recommended.

Excellent place, been a customer for 10 years, the customer service is always 100%, only gripe is it took forever to see someone, It took nearly half an hour to talk to one of the ppl. Busy place, need to hire more people or extend the current ones from part time to full time to handle the amount of customers. Big company's don't care whatsoever about service waits, or how there customers feel about them or what they do so it'll never happen.
