“Bought a used iphone from here, it was all original parts and good condition but the charging port had a weird issue. Worked intermittently. I took it back and the owner tested it out, agreed, and let me use the phone while he called his supplier and got another phone in the same condition for me. Totally handled the situation. Honest mistake in my opinion and they handled it well. 1 year warranty by them and good pricing on the phone as well. I think i made the right choice cause if that was a Craigslist/marketplace phone i would not be getting help with this kind of issue.“
