I was hoping to get my daughters phone fixed and I ended up with my phone going up in flames instead. Long story short, I was hoping to use a part from my phone that had a broken screen but it was still in perfect working order and use it in my daughter's phone. The technician unfortunately in the process shorted out the battery which resulted in an instant fire. Things can happen I get it but he did not apologize and instead he was blaming the "old battery" saying the phone was worthless anyway and refused any kind of compensation.
