She is compassionate and thorough, and addresses my issues efficiently while taking into account of the demands of my sport. I’m also hypermobile and have seen multiple physios and gotten dry needling for the same issue with my back to no avail, and Fiona took the time to assess my body holistically and gave me targeted exercises which immediately gave me huge relief in my soreness. I also saw her for an ankle sprain and I felt that my ankles are coming back better than before with her exercises. I highly recommend seeing her, even more so if you do sports which demands a lot of ROM from you“

Her classes at Sweat Co Workout Studios Ltd are small (4-5 ppl), so she can give everyone personal attention. She’s super attentive, always making sure you’re doing the movements correctly, and will gently correct your form to help you get the most out of the session. I’ve learned so much from her already and can’t wait to keep taking her classes. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great Pilates experience!“

“John is fantastic! He LISTENS, which unfortunately is hard to come by these days with most medical practitioners. He writes things down, and tracks your progress. He cares about whether the treatments are helping, and how he can do things differently. He is a great resource for information, and will help you create an exercise routine at home to keep you out of pain.“
