Thanks for the prompt arrival of Raimund to the rescue. I was in a left turn lane, in Vancouver at dusk rush hour, with no hazard lights. Raimund was courteous and efficient in moving me out of the way the car off my mechanic. Thanks so much. The price was reasonable as well.
My car broke down. I called dispatch for a tow. My phone cut out. Dispatch called me back within seconds. The driver was there within 30 minutes.. I left my house keys with the car. Dispatch had the driver return the keys to me. The dispatch and driver service. was simply the best. They turned a crappy situation into a positive experience.
