had to take my volkswagen bug in because it kept slipping gears, and the guys got to it quickly, were very open and communicative, and when they realized it was a transmission issue they recommended a shop nearby that took me in right away and sorted the issue.
i really respect a garage that understands their own capabilities! they didn’t have a dedicated transmission tech, but made sure i went to one they trusted, and Mat’s genuine concern (he Really wanted me to take it right away - i am a girl that will Wait It Out to my own detriment) separates the Parkway Crew from many other garages in town. i trust their judgement and they have proven their work is solid!

Above and beyond service. I brought my car in with a seized engine. They informed me that it would fall under a recall when they checked my vehicles VIN. Saved me $8000 on replacing engine. Trustworthy and reliable establishment!
