To owner : I’ve been having haircut here for 3 years, everything I seen is high value but one thing : the ticket system is awful. You let people get the ticket in the morning that never expires in the day. Those tricky persons then left for half day and back, jumping the line of people who on average spent 45mins at the shop just to follow a fair run.
Please set a ticket expire rule to refuse rejoin for after 10 tickets, or at least let those guys bringing #63 to rejoin the line #80 getting a seat only after #85.
