Wow! Best experience I've ever had at any lifelabs. Staff were kind and quick, and the wait time was very fast considering the amount of people waiting. I have a needle phobia, but the girl, Ocean, who did my bloodwork was gentle, knowledgable, and empathetic. It went by fast and painless, and I left feeling less scared of needles! Very great place to trust with your health especially if you have a phobia around these things, like me! Thank-you Ocean and everyone else!
Its a shame that places like these get a bad reputation due to others selfishness and lack of patience, the workers here dont deserve the hate, they showed me nothing but kindness! Keep up the good work and thank you for your services.
I just had a great experience at this clinic this morning! I saw the low rating and bad review, so I was expecting a bad service. But the lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and sweet and the lady who took my blood was very attentive and gentle. Just want to say thank you again!
