We recently put an offer for a property and being new to the whole thing we were not sure what to expect. We were lucky that a good friend referred us to Eric who took really good care of us. On the day of the inspections he spent a good 2-3 hours checking every spot of the place and while doing that he answered all of our questions. Even though we did not end up buying that place due to financial issues we truly enjoyed working with Eric and getting suggestions from him. We will defiantly ask for his help when we are ready to place an offer for another place.
