Our friend recommended AmeriSpec when we asked for a property inspector. It turned out a great experience. Inspector Ali is professional, experienced and friendly. The service team including the manager Jane is easy to communicate. The price is fair, too. We are happy to recommend AmeriSpec.
We just had an inspection done by Ali and he was really friendly and thorough! He definitely lived up to his great reviews and we’d use him again snd recommend to others without hesitation.
Ali of amerispec was very quick to respond. He was very thorough during the walkthrough and made sure that I understood the technical details of the inspection. Gave me lots of opportunities to ask questions. Would highly recommend.
