Ali was an amazing and thorough inspector. He spent two hours in the attic, on the roof, testing the appliances, into the electrical panel and systems, the foundation, heater, boiler and drainage systems. He then spent another hour walking around with me explaining everything in detail. His inspection report uncovered a host of issues to help further lower the price of the property we were buying and recouped the cost by 20 times. Not only that but it has given us a list of items to prioritize fixing when we move in.
