Mike is easy to talk to, knows his stuff. Knew I was buying fridge for rental suite so made sure I knew to keep the receipt for CRA. I discovered the freezer was missing a wire shelf when I got home, so I called him and without any hesitation he said to drop by to pick one up. Didn't have to worry about paying extra fee (yes, I know the wire shelf should've been there to begin with.) I'm saying Mike is easy to deal with & doesn't ignore you once you handed over the cash
