I had Viking come out to check my heat pump,I do this once a year,The technician arrived right on time,he checked out my unit and cleaned it.Marc the tecnician found a bad capacitator on my blower moter,I have insurance on all my appliancds,we talked to my insurance company and he got it replaced.I have had many technicians over but Marc was the best i ever had,I have used this company before and they have been very good I would highley recomend this company.
We quested annual service from Viking Air. They have outstanding customer service in the office. They have excellent service men, they are always super helpful.
