Quick Response, polite and great work. I love the text updates along the way also. Jose and Josue worked hard to get our new air conditioner installed and running-not easy in this heat. Thank you guys!

Update:
Alex came back and replaced the fan and motor. It took less than an hour. Again great work.

Alex was great! He took the time to show me what he was doing and why. He wasn't rushing through the process. He was very thorough. Made sure I knew what to look for going forward with the yearly maintenance work. He has to order some parts and come back but I was very happy with his service.
