The people in this place are very rude.
If you're 1 minute late, they will not take you.
They will make you reschedule your appointment. They are very rude and disrespectful.
Everything bad that's written about this company is absolutely true. My appointment was at 9 AM, check-in at 8:30 AM. At 12:30 PM I finally got a dock, and at 2 PM they finally loaded 6 pallets of vegetables. It felt like they were loading them one pallet every 20 minutes. The next loading was only 2 miles away, and the appointment was for 12 PM. When I arrived there at 2:15 PM, they said that my appointment had been rescheduled for the next morning because of my lateness. Absolute disrespect for drivers! Excellent service!
Today I met Singh at the check-in office and he treated me very nicely. He was polite, professional, helpful, and respectful. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process very smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate his positive attitude and customer service.
