Lopez Landscaping took the time to provide a few ideas and then worked with me to design the yard I was looking for. In addition, Lopez Landscaping came back and moved rock for a pool install, and then returned to put the rock back in place when the pool was completed two months later at no extra charge. Jeff saved my sanity by fixing our a/c. Even in "AZ a/c failure peak season," he was able to get us taken care of fast! He was prompt with return phone calls, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the culprit and replaced the faulty part. He was upfront with the cost of repair, showed the faulty part and how it was faulty, and was extremely professional (while still being very personable and friendly). His repair was very reasonably priced as well. I would absolutely use him again (hopefully not for a few years ?) and will certainly recommend Hot N Cold to anyone needing repair.
Came home to a hot house with a/c blowing warm. I’ve used these guys before I called left a message, he called back a bit later as he was on another job. Offered to come right out even though it was already after hours.. he finished up about 10:30 pm and we had cold air again that night.
