Our AC went out, and since our unit is no longer being manufactured, we were worried it wouldn’t be fixable. Jeff went above and beyond—he took his time finding the right parts and came out late in the evening to get everything working again.

Last night my AC suddenly started struggling to cool the house. I could see the hose had frozen, which immediately put me into panic mode because even at night the heat is no joke here. I was immediately scrambling to setup a fan for my fluffy cats and In the middle of that, I forgot to get Jeff’s name on the phone!
Jeff arrived in under two hours and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. He was level headed, efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly throughout the visit, exactly the kind of calm you need when your house starts turning into an oven.

Jeff did an excellent job. He was quick, professional, and very easy to work with. We were out of cold air out of nowhere and he was able to resolve the issue right away. His experience shined through!
