Mother was stranded late last night on Thanksgiving after blowing a tire, called for help, these guys were supposed to show up but never did.To the business owners: if you can’t provide services when people need it, choose a different profession. This is a failing business.
Unfortunately, there's no such thing as NO STARS for a rating, or that's what I'd choose for this company. Shining Armor is part of the SAFECO Roadside Assistance program. Sadly, they're not good at assisting, answering their phone or showing up. A few nights ago, my son was coming home late at night and developed an engine problem. It required being towed. SAFECO dispatched Shining Armor at 11:30pm. By 1am, no one had showed up. Worse yet, no one answered the phone nor is there an answering machine. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
