David Harney, sales manager, is an honest man and a man of his word. When I first called a competitor window company, the competitor company came out to my house and tried to sell me 5 new windows at a cost of over $20,000. David came out and honestly told me that I only needed a relatively easy minor repair and that I didn't need new windows. David explained in detail how to implement the fix with new screws and caulking. I am very grateful for his honesty. A rare find these days!!
All aspects of the project ( 4 lrg. Windows ) were completed in a most professional way. ( Sales, install, customer service) The price was very acceptable. The service installer was scheduled for 7 am, he arrived at 7 am.
I can’t say enough about Window world of Tucson. They came out. They measured me. They gave me a very reasonable quote. When the windows arrived another great guy came in and saw the windows seamlessly and boom. I had new windows. I recommend this company to everybody.
