Jarrod and Abel, two installers of True View Palo Verde Glass & Screen, Tucson, Arizona just replaced a couple of rollers that had gone bad on our glass door that they had installed four years back.
While doing the installation, Jarrod discovered the previous installer - no longer with the company - had installed the glass door incorrectly.
Debra, the office manager immediately approved the correction at no additional cost.
I had to give a shout out to this team for this kind of “taking care of the customer“ service is such a rarity today.
If you’re looking for glass doors or window installation, I would highly recommend this professional outfit.
