Could not have asked for more from this stay!!! The service was fantastic….i saw a lady looking for Pepsi and staff in the restaurant found her the only two in a machine in the resort! The grounds are gorgeous with friendly staff easy to find. Room was spacious and clean. And the pool….amazing. I definitely won the whole booked better hotel competition with my co-worker!
Room was so comfy that we decided to extend another night. The landscape is full of character. Convenient location to eat and buy essentials. We stayed for 4th of July and was able to rest even with all the festivities. The walls blocked out noise from other rooms (although you could hear the ones out in the patios/balconies). Shoutout to Xhel and the other lady with curly hair - both so polite, helpful, and instantly elevated our special vacation.
Good hotel but when we stayed there was a wedding party who behaved like a bunch of animals shouting and screaming well into the night .Police should have been called as security didn't do anything until 3 in the morning when a guest had to tell this woman to shut up . Next day was totally different piece and quiet . If you see a wedding party when you arrive sleep at the end of a busy airport runway you will get a better night's rest
