Service was excellent and the room was great! They have a nice pool, great restaurant, inviting lobby bar, and golf. I would recommend for business or personal trips.

Booked my stay through Chase Travel and hotel could not find the reservation at checkin. This could easily turn into the worst vacation ever but the front desk staff at Omni did not let that happen. Ryan and Isabel at front desk went above and beyond resolving the issue they weren’t responsible for and prioritizing guest experience, all while being so patient, calm, kind, and compassionate. Also special thank you to Omar for the popcorns. Our trip did not start in the smoothest way, but Omni staff made it special and memorable. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
