I recently visited and toured the El Conquistador Tuscon, A Hilton Resort and it was a lovely property. I enjoyed the activities and amenties they offered. Ann was an excellent source of infromation from family, stays to conferences to weddings! I enjoyed the poolside yoga class with Lucas, horseback riding, a facial and lot of relaxation. The property was well kept and easy to navigate, especially with the excellent valet golf cart attendants. I would recommend this property for all of your special occasions or business needs. Staff was very helpful. Grounds are beautiful and pool area was lovely. What surprised us was the lack updates in the hotel rooms and the cleanliness of the hallways. We had some issues with our first room and because of that we ended up seeing several options to potentially move to. The room quality was very inconsistent and we saw some rooms that were badly in need of new carpet and updates. This property needs some TLC. The room we finally stayed in for the remainder of our trip was nice and the view was great.
The rooms and paint colors need updating but the bed was comfortable and service was outstanding. We heard the property was going to be renovated soon. The location and mountain views from the property can’t be beat. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.
