Tucson Window and Door is everything it's hyped to be. Dakota and Gage arrived on time everyday and proceeded to work diligently. They were polite, explained exactly what they were going to do did there work with the minimum amount of disturbance of our day. After they were done they cleaned up after themselves. On the second day we explained to Dakota that one of the windows was giving us a problem and he was able to repair it right then. They continued to do thier work installing the rest of the windows and when they finished we all went around and inspected everything. Dakota even gave us a tutorial on how to operate the windows. Tucson window and door replaced all my glass a few years ago. One door was not slidin* easily
I talked to the service personnel and they sent our a repairmen the tech was named Jim and he brough5 the door up to new levels. Couldn’t be happier with the after purchase warranty service
I had a botched custom window install from a big box store who partners out to handymen. Long story short, a neighbor recommended I call Tucson Window and Door for a consultation on my window.
I can’t thank everyone at Tucson Window and Door enough for turning my window disaster into the window replacement I thought I was getting back in December. I can once again sit in my living room and enjoy the sunlight without the heat coming through my window.
