I had my Prius battery cells replaced. It was much more economical for me since I don’t drive that much and I don’t plan on owning the car for more than a year or two. It was much cheaper than a new battery at the Toyota dealer. Everyone at this company was very nice. Rapid service and good follow up on when the car would be ready. I would highly recommend Tucson Hybrids to anyone wishing to have their hybrid battery replaced or fixed.
This shop provides the best car care experience I've ever had. It's a small business: professional, knowledgeable and friendly, without all the long waits and frenzy of a dealership service center. They've looked after my car for several years and I've recommended them to all my friends and neighbors.
They were unbelievably thorugh on their check up... If I had gone to them with my previous cars I would have caught issues faster and prevented the car from being worth less than it would cost to fix.
