I've been bringing my truck here since 2009. Terry is a great service Manager. They do a great job and are very thorough. I have a prepaid device so it saves a bit of money in the long run. Parts department is fast and seems to have a great stock of items, for my truck anyway. I highly recommend this facility.

I have been taking my car & truck to Desert Toyota for years. My service advisor has always been Erin Dean. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and works with my crazy rotating schedule. I Can always count on Erin, and Desert Toyota for my vehicle needs! Also, my mother just purchased a used 4Runner here, and we couldn't be happier with the service we receive here. We appreciate all they do! Thank You.

30k maintenance which ran over $700, quite a surprise. They do check everything however and found that the battery cranking amperage was too low for specs. They replaced it at no cost since it was covered by warranty. So that was a plus. My last service (25k) was at Precision Toyota where they run your vehicle through the car wash after servicing. These guys didn't do that which was a surprise as it was obviously dirty. The waiting area is very nice although I opted for a shuttle ride home while the vehicle was serviced. They picked me up promptly after the servicing. All in all a pretty good experience.Service: Auto maintenance
