I just picked up my 2026 Porsche Carrera 911T today from Porsche Tucson. I worked with Dylan Young and I could not have had a better experience. From Dylan’s patience with me going over every detail of the spec to the delivery process, everything was perfect. He outlined the process and kept me in the loop the entire time. I brought my Porsche to this dealership for service and had a good experience. The service advisor was attentive and helpful, and the service was performed competently, as expected from Porsche trained technicians. They could not access my previous service records for the car so (I guess logically) recommended every service in the book, although they did state that the service may have been done recently at another dealership. My only disappointment is that the new tires installed on the car were overinflated relative to factory specs. That’s easy for me to correct - so in the end no harm done.
