We've had 3 hybrid cars serviced here and won't go anywhere else. They do a good job and are pleasant to deal with. Sometimes parts took time to arrive, but they kept us updated.
And they even have cute doggies in their lobby!

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Tucson Hybrids. I came in because my check engine light was on only to learn that my car had all kinds of issues including an oil leak, a swollen lithium battery, a gas cap issue, and fouled spark plugs. They provided detailed explanations and were the first place I've visited over the 3 years I've had my car where I felt like they wanted me to understand what was happening and not just charge me for expensive work. Kellie and Priscilla took great care of my car and made sure it got done before I left for my work in Colorado. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

2018 Chevy Volt (plug-in hybrid), general maintenance. Replace leaking coolant line, new key fob, fix hazard switch, fix damaged bumper, etc.

The car got probably the most thorough, detailed inspection I've ever gotten anywhere, with clear photos and information for each item. Tucson Hybrids provided a list of recommendations; I selected the ones I wanted to do and they gave me zero hassle or sales about the ones I declined. Work was quick and professional (90% of the time was waiting for a part to arrive).

Will be back, and would absolutely recommend.
