Front desk always have a attitude, refuse to answer phones, doesn't know the difference in a pharmacy insurance card and an actual insurance card, always eating something behind the desk,and super unprofessional.
Dr Nelson isnt a terrible doctor but the staff kills it for whole office. Feels as if the front desk staff doesn't care about patience or being professional at all.
