Michael is excellent at explaining every part of the issue and repair process. He doesn't talk down to you if you don't understand something. He's very positive and friendly. When the part I needed was going to cost more than just replacing the computer, he called and told me that I'd be better off just buying another device (meaning no work for him). I'd compare him to an honest mechanic. Once you find one, you stick with them. These things can be expensive, but at least you know you're working with someone skilled and honest. Support an honest local business and go to TCR for sure!
Been coming here for over 6 years. These guys are great, well priced, and have incredible customer service and computer knowledge. I'd recommend you give this guys a chance you won't regret it.
I think his name is Michael... he is amazing. I was scared I'd have to spend soooo much money to get my computer fixed but he gave me a really good deal. It took a while for the parts to ship but during that time, he let me rent one of his other computers for cheap.
