Probably my favorite place to be in Tucson. Very clean and organized. The trainers are great people. Al is hilarious. Emmanuel is a great guy all around and training with him gave me renewed focus and appreciation for strength training.
I have be a client of Al's going back to 2002. First off, he is incredibly disciplined about maintaining an immaculate facility. The health and wellbeing of his clientele is his top priority. In terms of training, his knowledge is second to none. His industry name, "The Motivator" is appropriate for his gift of pushing his clients to their threshold of physical exertion without risk of injury. I have worked out at many gyms and dojos over the course of 30 years. I can attest that there is no workout facility that comes close to Al's standards. If you are serious about getting in shape, The Motivator is the one to get it done.
Al is a fantastic personal trainer who really listens to his clients. I have always been active in sports, and I also served in the military for a few years. My lifestyle has taken a toll on my body, and I had reached a point where I no longer could workout without injuring myself. When I found Al, everything changed. Al’s substantial knowledge of both training and rehabilitation was the perfect combination for me.
