I LOVE this gym! The atmosphere is so welcoming and inviting. From day 1 I have felt nothing but encouraged and supported on my health journey. The gym is clean and upkept. The trainers are so friendly and encouraging. I love going because they constantly push me to work harder and know my capabilities. They gym also does a wonderful job of community involvement and educational classes / workshops. There are even challenges to participate in over a course of six weeks or so to help drive results. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to obtain health / fitness goals with a fun atmosphere.

Today was my 8th class and I have to say I love it!! I would definitely recommend F45 to anyone that wants to get a great workout in 45 minutes. The coaches are very supportive and encourage you to do it!! I also love the music 😊
