I’ve been ordering strings from Southwest Strings for over 20 years. This time it was for my nephew. They have the best prices available. One suggested improvement would be their website. It is not optimized for mobile devices. The cart is cumbersome to update, and each page needs refreshing to choose a new string type. Other than that, I have no complaints, and will be a repeat customer for family members.
Nice shop with a great selection, and friendly staff. We purchased my daughter a Cello bow. She was able to try several different bows from different price ranges, I never felt uncomfortable.
This was my first interaction with SW Strings and I couldn't be more pleased. I placed my order easily for specific strings I could not find elsewhere. Then I got worried since I was without an A string - how quickly would they come? So I sent a message asking how to track my order. It didn't really matter after all, they came on Monday!! The quickest turnaround in my experience. I'm back to fiddling and look forward to keeping Southwest Strings as my go to!
