Just tried to pick up a CPAP machine prescribed and ordered by my husband’s pulmonologist. Waited over a week for it to be shipped which is fine. But then we show up today for the class and to get the machine. “Oh sorry, we ran out of machines - we’ll have to reschedule.” How can that happen with something that is prescribed specifically for a person? “It’s first come first served.” Doesn’t make sense. They didn’t call this morning to cancel so we drove an hour for nothing. Really hope we can get the CPAP from another source. This place is not reliable.

Called Sunday Morning for a new oxygen concentrator I use at night and I live a long ways from there facility and within 5 hrs I had a new concentrator....Thank You Preferred HomeCare Great Job and Great Driver!!!!! Couldn't ask for better, keep up the Great Work!!!

They don't answer the phone. I have been on hold 2 days in a row for over a half hour. No answer. No way to ask for a call back. My Dr send them a referral and I am trying to follow up because I have not heard from them.
