I was assigned Precision Mechanical through Choice Home Warranty. On the day of our 7AM - 11AM window, Dakota called and said he would be arriving in the next 30 minutes. Great to have this touch base as many service companies I have dealt with in the past never call and always show up at the end of the service window, or NEVER at all! When Dakota arrived he checked the system and found a power supply issue. Fixed the problem with honesty and integrity and did not try to upsell or give false information as to what the issue was. Had a great experience with this company. Called precision mechanical and spoke to Alex late on Tuesday night when my heater stopped working. Alex said they could come out that night or early Wednesday morning. I decided to wait till morning and Alex and crew arrived at 9ish to check unit. Alex said my Compressor was working really hard & had blown a fuse. Alex replaced fuse and wires and heater was up and running again. I really appreciated his punctuality and professionalism. My unit is 18 years old and will need to be replaced soon. I was given a quote and time frame for installation of a new 4 ton unit and ducting. Alex and Dakota are nothing short of amazing. I had a complete failure of a very old AC unit while I was traveling for work. Alex made a same day call, offered to come back later in the night to try a couple of troubleshooting steps and then again early the next morning for one last try at saving the old unit - and me some money. He was patient while I asked a million questions and, once I made the decision, he had the new unit installed in less than 48 hours. All the while, he was personable and helped me feel better about a significant purchase. I have been in the customer care industry my entire adult life and Alex and Dakota are perfect examples of service and expertise....read full review
