My AC stopped working because the fan motor went out, and this company saved the day. They showed up on time, figured out the problem quickly, and had the new motor installed in no time. The tech was super friendly, explained what was going on in a way I could understand, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. The house is cool again, and I really appreciate how smooth and stress-free they made the whole process. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

I was assigned Precision Mechanical through Choice Home Warranty. On the day of our 7AM - 11AM window, Dakota called and said he would be arriving in the next 30 minutes. Great to have this touch base as many service companies I have dealt with in the past never call and always show up at the end of the service window, or NEVER at all! When Dakota arrived he checked the system and found a power supply issue. Fixed the problem with honesty and integrity and did not try to upsell or give false information as to what the issue was. He was very pleasant, and communicated well about what he was doing and what resolved the problem. It was refreshing to have this type of interaction being a customer. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of this service call and will use Precision Mechanical in the future if the need arises.
