I would not even give a rating but unfortunately can't leave a comment on the post I posted about this shop. I am a hard working mother of 4 who owns a business, a home and more than one vehicle. The facts are in black and white. Shane ware AND twisted customs are at fault for leaving me with one vehicle no running correctly after paying for the water pump to be replaced. The Owner said he would make it right but never did. I wouldn't trust this business and suggest the same to anyone considering hiring this company for any work they want done. Very dishonest. Smh.

Worst experience I have ever had! I had a pretty bad fender bender last week and brought my car up here. I was told by the guy that there was nothing they could do about the damage. I cant even believe it, definately NOT going back EVER again! This man needs to learn some decent manners If I went around acting like this man does, I would lose all credibility and respect that I have from the people. Despicable.
