The checkout person signed me up for Petco Rewards without telling me it would cost me $40 a month! I called to cancel and they said no, it was for a whole year. Wow. Literally stealing hundreds of dollars from me for nothing, I get most my stuff through Chewie. Don't get sucked in!

The Vet Tech was extremely rude about my pet. While she did identify that my dog was ill, she was belittling in the way she talked to me in front of other costumers and my child. When my other pet came for her visit, she continued to be belittling about our pets.

Dear Pet Owners, do not bring your pets to this store. As a loving and caring pet owner, it truly pains me to share this negative review of the Petco grooming store in Oro Valley. My experience with them has been nothing short of disappointing and disheartening.We brought our two precious puppies to this store for a few months, hoping to provide them with the best grooming services possible. We were even convinced by the manager to pay a hefty $200+ for each dog, claiming they required a specialty cut.
