I was contacted by a plumbing company in Tucson about a special to flush my water heater and do a safety inspection for 89.99. Since my electric water heater is older, I felt it was a smart idea to have a licensed plumber take a look, especially in Arizona where water heaters and plumbing systems work hard year-round.
