Several years ago on a friday, a tree root got into our main water line and caused a major leak at the house. The plumbing team came out the following monday and replaced the damaged section along with the main shutoff valve connected to the water service line. The price was fair, and the repair was done well. Later, we had them replace the outdoor hose bibs around our home. A few days ago my water heater stopped working, and i also needed a trusted referral for an HVAC pro. i spoke with Maximus, and he was very helpful. He shared a solid HVAC referral and said he stands behind the people he recommends, which gave me a lot of confidence. Maximus helped get my appointment scheduled quickly for a new water heater install. Randall was the plumber who handled the job, and he did excellent work from start to finish. He worked with Maximus on fair pricing, took care of removing the old water heater, and installed the new unit smoothly and professionally. The whole process was clear, efficient, and well organized. I’m very happy to have hot water again, especially with how important that is for everyday comfort in Tucson.
